This is an issue with karensandelin1.wordpress.com yes? Can you tell me a bit more about the error message you are seeing? I do not see any error messages on karensandelin1.wordpress.com when I visit from my side.
Are you having trouble visiting your site? Or does the error appear only when you are trying to perform a specific task like editing a page or post? Can you share the URL of the page you are on when you see the message?

Hi,
My website is: http://www.cleverspeller.com.au
It opens fine as a user.This is the page I am trying to access:
https://www.cleverspeller.com.au/wp/wp-admin/But this is the error message that appears when I try to log in to my site as admin.
‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page’.
I can get no further than the error message so am unable to perform any tasks or investigate plugins or conflicts etc.

Ah, the site cleverspeller.com.au is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Digital Pacific.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere; we can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
