Can’t Access Admin or Site

  Hi All! As of Saturday I got a notification that my site went down. I am getting a 502 Error and cannot access my admin site and obviously my www address is down. I host through Pro Photo but sent a couple of messages through their support link and haven’t heard back yet. I am unsure of what I can do to fix this. I am technically an ‘idiot’ when it comes to this stuff and am wondering if anyone else is also having an issue with this. I did not do anything to change my website so not sure what happened.
