Can't Access Admin Page

Good Morning,
It would seem that a few days ago I had broken the link to my domain so I am no longer able to access my dashboard. I was having issues using the “Home” page to my site and I changed the sites URL from Illum1TechSphere.com/home to Illum1TechSphere.com. I did this because my Home Page remained blank and for some reason I could not locate the page in which I needed to edit in order to edit it. After that save all of my pages disappeared from view yet I can still see that I have 8 active pages from the dashboard. Is there a quick fix for this issue? Thanks in advance.

This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
This means the support we can offer here is limited.
From what’s been described, it sounds like you may need to reach out to the theme developers for help viewing those pages.
I hope this information helps to point you in the right direction.

I apologize for not updating this post beforehand. Directly after posting this I had realized just that and reached out to IONOS. They had fixed the theme and I am now able to access the Admin area once again. Thank you for your swift response.
