Cant access admin site of website

Hi, I have a free website I created through WordPress. The site is accessible and shows the content I created but when I try to go to the admin side of the website (/wp-admin/) it shows nothing and the browser states that the site is not secure. How do I fix this so I can access the admin side of the website to update the content?

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with DreamHost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
