Can’t access anything in wordpress

I keep getting http://www.blcinc.org is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500. I cannot access our live chat to help fix, I cannot change our website, I am completely dead in the water.

Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
