Can’t access anything on my webpage!

  I can’t access or edit anything on my new website that I’m trying to create and it doesn’t recognise my log in or anything. I am completely frustrated. please help!!

  The answer is very simple: you are logged in to the wrong account. You created the account hardcollective1c36ab2f6c when you posted this forum post. Log out from current hardcollective1c36ab2f6c and log in again to the account owning that site which could be emma – https://wordpress.com/forums/users/emma/

  If you can’t remember your login credentials, you must use the Transaction ID as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help
