Can’t Access Backend of Client’s Website
-
I was working on adding WooCommerce plugin to my clients website. A few days later, I am now unable to log in to their webpage to make additional updates. I am getting multiple error codes and I do not know where to go from here.

Hi there,
It sounds like you are needing help with the WooCommerce plugin, but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com sites instead. Can you please report this issue to WooCommerce support by asking here? Thanks!

Thanks, I sent them an inquiry. Though I am not convinced that it is a WooCommerce issue as the plugin was working fine and I could access my Client’s WordPress. Now 3 days later I cannot access their WordPress (it is telling me that the information is incorrect?) despite nothing having changed.

What is the URL of the site you are trying to access? We’ll be happy to take a look and see if we can help.

Hi there,
That site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress software and it is hosted by GoDaddy. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us. For help with that site you can also ask over at the WordPress.org forums:

If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and the open-source WordPress software you can read this article:
