Can’t access business account

I set-up a business account but due to me not registering the domain name I am no longer able to access it – the email address used to set up this account is the same one I use for my free accounts and there is no reference to the business account in the settings/plans area. How do I access what I paid for?

And the full address of that site is? It is likely that it isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com.

@themagicrobot the domain name was gardeners-manchester.com – I was sent emails saying I needed to validate it, but I was planning on mapping another one over at a later date. The validation link I was sent has now expired and I haven’t received a new one: [link redacted by staff]

https://gardeners-manchester.com/ is indeed hosted here at WordPress.com. If it is on the Business plan you can get Livechat support if you’re logged in to the correct account to access it. (Possibly lemondaze)But I’ll add a tag to ask a member of staff to assist you.
