Can't access dashboard & both blogs are down

Hello, I’m trying to access my two blogs http://www.mulyukin.wordpress.com and http://www.hepibooka.wordpress.com/ for 2 days already. Can only access my profile from wordpress.com but cannot open any of the blogs or introduce changes as the dashboard won’t load. Can it be that some plugin is blocking the access? I tried changing the theme for http://www.hepibooka.wordpress.com/ from the profile but there was an error loading the customizer. Tried clearing cache of the browser but that didn’t help (before that at least load the admin page was loading though nothing else could be open from it). Will be very grateful if you could help! Thank you!

WordPress.com doesn’t use plugins, so it’s not possible that a plugin can be causing this. I can access the dashboards and Customizers for both those sites fine, so this is more likely a browser or a connection issue.
Please try clearing not only the browser cache, but the cache and cookies. Also disable any browser extensions you might have installed, in case one of them is causing the problem.
Our system shows you posted here using Firefox. Can you check that you have the newest version of that installed? You can use this site to check the version:
Also please check if you can access those pages using a different browser, like Chrome or Opera.
Lastly, please unplug your modem/router for a few seconds to reset it, and see if that makes any difference. If possible, also try a different connection.

Thank you for you advice! So far these are the results: I can fully access both blogs from my home and another location (using Firefox and Chrome) but I cannot access them from work and yet another location (asked my sister to check). Might be some local network settings? The only domain that functions from my work computer is wordpress.com via which I can access the dashboard but cannot actually open the website or even (!) reply to this thread as it just won’t load. Tried it with another browser (Explorer) and from my phone – not working. Checked whether I have the latest version of the browser too. Ran Windows Network Diagnostics, it reads: Your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or resource (mulyukin.wordpress.com) is not responding. Also called up our IT office but they said wordpess is in no way blocked.

That sounds like the most likely cause, given the information you gave here. My first guess would be social media blocking for the network, but it seems you’ve already ruled that out.
The other option is a block at your ISP, or in some countries it might even be the government blocking us. Please try contacting your ISP to find out if they might be blocking the site.
If it’s at the government level, you’ll need to use a proxy or a VPN to get around that block to access your, and other WordPress.com sites. Note that in some countries this might be illegal, though, so make sure of the laws that apply to wherever you are located.

Thank you! As I could access the sites from home and from other locations I guess there’s no government restriction on WordPress. Will try to check the local network at work!
