Can't access domain dashboard to change nameservers

  Can’t access dashboard as admin
  I have a self hosted blog…www.peachypalate.com; the domain was up for renewal and I can’t access the wordpress.com account as an admin in order to renew it and change the nameservers!!! Site has now been down 48 hours. Really need help with this.

  It’s giving me this message…

  I’ve been told the account was set up with a different email address. I just need to renew the domain…at the moment it’s listed as being owned by me! WordPress are effectively holding it but I can’t get in to renew it!

  Please make sure you are logged in as the blog owner: peachypalate , instead of peachyshelly.
