Can’t access my account

I have been unable to access my account. I seem to have somehow resetted my password but it hasn’t been sent to my e-mail adress, or maybe it has been hacked. How can I recover access?

My site is https://estebanmoralesb.wordpress.com/. I used to access it with the username estebanmoralesb, linked to my email (email visible only to moderators and staff). Since december last year, when I try to access my page as an administrator I am sent to another account, estebanmoralesb271217, which seems to be created on the day I lost access and has no link to a blog site. If I ask to reset my password, I never get the mail at my primary adress nor through SMS on my phone, so I guess someone hijacked my identity on WordPress and the reset code is sent to some other person’s adress. Or, maybe it is sent to an old Hotmail adress I’ve written off in 2012. Thing is, the traditionnal way to regain access is not working for me, and I need the chance for an administrator to review my case, so I can actually prove to him that the https://estebanmoralesb.wordpress.com site is mine and I can restart writing my blog!

The address on the account hasn’t been changed. Could you work on regaining access to your old address? Or, do you have one of the proofs of ownership listed here?
