can’t access my account

    I know my acc name and pw but it says the pw is incorrect and when I try and get the email link, nothing comes through – worried my acc has been hacked! Not sure what to do!

    The only site I see under your @fbprinters WordPress.com account when I check on our end is this one: graphicdesignandprint.wordpress.com

    That site does not appear to be hacked and also appears to be a site you have not used in several years. You are sure this is the site you are needing help with?

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
