Can’t access my account

    I usually log in through Bluehost, but when I do it comes up with ‘Unidentified Index’. When I try and sign in through WordPress it won’t show my website it informs me that I’m new and like it’s been reset to start a new website. I’m unsure how I can access it to fix the issue. The site is still running for public to see. Please help. TIA
