Can’t access my blog

I have changed my email-adress, and when I try login in to my wordpress-blog I get the message that it is blocked. To recover it I need to use my old email-adress – which I don’t have anymore. Can anyone help me?

I’m afraid not. I did try all the three possibilities. Unfortunately I don’t have any transaction ID, because I never payed anything, I have searched my old archives for the activation link/URL, but I have lost it or deleted it. Lastly, I haven’t logged in after WordPress started using the two-step Authentication.
What I do have is my old password, an email that links to the same workplace as the old email (my workplace changed name in 2018) and I do have some emails from WordPress asking me to approve comments on my blog, and telling me I’ve got new followers etc. Will that count as confirmation?
