Can't access my blog "colstrip.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

No problems at all for first 5 months, now big problem in that all I get is a list of my dashboard options line by line down the left hand side but I cannot access anything – new posts, comments, etc etc.
Followed some WordPress’s suggestions – cleared cookies and cache; Chrome automatically upgrades Flash Player; tried Safari instead of Chrome. Don’t have access to an alternate computer or different internet service provider as I am travelling.
The only recent change: changed my title, and recently changed my layout but can’t find the name because I can’t access any of my blogging information. Please help – my readers are getting agitated!

Hi Colin, could you let me know in what country you’re located and what ISP you’re using? Some of our UK users have had trouble recently accessing their sites through a few ISPs including Talk Talk, and while we hope the situation will be back to normal for everyone soon, a few folks are still having issues. I am travelling in Australia. I use my iPhone 5 to create a hotspot with my MacBook Pro. I had problems for 5 days using this method but I could access WordPress using the iPhone app and using just my iPhone. Then 5 days later all was fine again using hotspot.
