    I can’t access my business plan after trying to change email address

    Yes, I do not see a business plan under your account. Do you have confirmation of your business plan purchase? If so, it must be under a different WordPress.com account.

    You can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.
