Can't access my dashboard!

So desperate here. I can’t access my dashboard, and I’ve tried repeatedly to reset my password by submitting my username and email. When I try to log in, it does absolutely nothing. When I click ‘Forgot My Password,’ I submit both my username and email address. I get this note: Could not save password reset key to database. Please help. Website is http://creativelycorp.com/

To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
