can’t access my dashboard

For years I’ve been using a site and it’s dashboard without problems. Years ago I created another site I’ve never used. Today, trying to respond to a comment on my regular site, I was told I wasn’t logged in. When I tried to get a password reset… it was for the unused site. Now I am ONLY directed to the dashboard of my unused site. pulling out hair!

It’s obvious you are logged in to the wrong account. Completely log out from current account talestrails and log in again as the account connected to your regular site.
