Can’t access my domain?

    I am getting the error.
    Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/home/saadtarin/public_html/wp-includes/load.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/saadtarin/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 19
