cant access my domain

  earlier today I purchased a domain and a premium package from your company and when I went to log in it said my account didn’t exist so then when I tried to make an account with the exact same email I used to purchase the domain and the package it said i couldn’t link my domain because it was created today and i cannot access the package either

  You definitely have at least two account here, but it looks like you have a third, because that domain belongs to yet another account here, not any of the two you’ve posted from so far.
