Can't access my genesis theme

Trying to access my Genesis theme to make customizations, and it continues to say my username is incorrect. can you help me?

Your site is not using WordPress.com, but the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org. We cannot help you in this forum, as we have no control at all over your site.
Your admin username should have been emailed to you by Bluehost when you installed the WordPress software with them. If you can’t find it, or it doesn’t work, please contact Bluehost support for help, as you should be able to reset this via their cPanel interface.
