Can't access my site

    Hello I truly hope one of you tech-savvy people can help me out with this issue (Mybigfatstore.com)

    I can not view my site from any browser as well as the mobile phone I also changed my IP address, and still could not connect. I have internet so it’s not that! I checked isitdownrightnow.com .it says my site is up. I have been trying everything I can think of but to avail, I have been getting customer emails while I can not connect so I have further proof that the site is working. I was in the middle of adding a plugin when my ability to access the site went down. I have been able to connect to it for like a minute or two every couple of hours. I thought I might be blocked from the ithemes security app, but one of the times I was able to get in and I deactivated ithemes and I was able to stay on for a few minutes but then it went dead on me again. At one point I tried to deactivate all plugins in case that was the problem but I am not sure if I was able to remove them all or not.     and it did not correct the issue. I am able to connect to wordpress.com and the desktop app (my site) but the only thing I cant get info on is the plugins but when I try to add or delete an app it says an error has occurred and it can’t be saved or no information shows up at all. If I click on view site it goes to the website but it says preview and if I click on anything it just times out as well. I do hove have Cpanel access. Can someone please help me with what I might be missing?

    I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere; we can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
