can't access my site

  Hi,
  I would like to have access make http://www.lisamcgintyart.com my primary site, but every time I long in it seems to default to old wordpress sites and passwords, so I cannot access it at all.
  The domain I bought through word press, and last site I set up, I cannot seem to access. I really want to update my site and work on it using a premium template, and have tried many time, but constantly reverts back like it doesn’t exist.
  http://www.lisamcgintyart.com does not show anywhere in my sites list, so feel like starting again with a new service provider, as I cannot seem to get any where. Ideas please!
