can’t access my site??

    I cannot access my Heal Me Jewelry site to work on it. It isn’t showing up online either??? I get this message when I try to access:

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 19456 bytes) in /home/content/79/11721079/html/healmejewelry/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/custom-post-types/nova.php on line 902

    Hi;

    Also can’t access my site – syfabelearning. I’m logged into my WordPress account, so it recognises me, but can’t get to our site.

    It says

    This page isn’t working elearning.syfab.org.uk is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

    We’ve used it for a few years, but it was set up by someone else, so there may be things we need to do to maintain it that he didn’t tell us about?
