  Hi. Every time I try to access my website on the WordPress app, it says ‘a server with the specified host name could not be found.” Why is this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi –

  It looks to be an issue with the Jetpack connection on your site. That’s what connects the domain to the WordPress app.

  Please try disabling the Jetpack plugin and reinstalling it. Then, delete and reinstall the WordPress app. Let me know if that fixes the issue.

  Hi. I did all that except delete and reinstall the WordPress App.

  I get the same error message on Safari and Chrome when trying to access my website. Should I still go ahead to delete and reinstall WordPress?

  The error you’re encountering would suggest something is wrong on their end.
