Can’t access my site and don’t know email
-
Hello All! I setup this site in the beginning of 2025 and forgot about it. Then at the beginning of 2026 it went down, and for the life of me I cannot find which email I registered this to! I had to make an entirely new domain now. I still would love to get access back to this, or at least have it deleted.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello,
I can see you’d like to either regain access to your site or have it removed, and I’m here to help you with the site recovery process.
For the site: jerseyautobodyandcollision.wordpress.com, it sounds like the main challenge is that the email address used to create the account is no longer known. No worries, we can still work through this.
Step 1: Try to find the connected emailSince you’re not sure which email was used, you can follow this guide to help identify it:
WordPress.com account recovery (email/username not known)This walks through how to locate the account tied to a site when the login email is forgotten.
Step 2: Account recovery optionsIf you can’t find the email, the next step is the account recovery process. You’ll need to verify ownership using one of the following:
- Transaction ID (from any purchase on the account)
- Activation URL or key
- Two-step authentication backup codes
You can start the recovery here:
WordPress.com account recovery form
If you get stuckIf none of these options work or you need help during the process, you can reach the team directly at: help@wordpress.com
Once we can confirm ownership, we’ll be able to help you either restore access to the site or look into next steps depending on your preference.
We’ll get you sorted one step at a time.
