cant access my site! ‘Forbidden error’

HI, why cant i or my developers access our own website? Urgent support needed!
The site I need help with is http://www.kiaknots.co.uk. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

The site kiaknots.co.uk appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Fasthost Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and other hosting companies also happen to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here.
