Cant access my website

Hi,
I am trying to access my website http://robotmonkey.net/
and I was on there yesterday and installed the woo commerce plugin to it.
It then shut down the site and now it says:
There has been a critical error on this website.Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.
I thought I knew the login details of my site but it turns out that they are not working.
The email I used was either (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff).
(email visible only to moderators and staff) just takes me to this site and (email visible only to moderators and staff) just takes me to a blank WordPress. I am lost. Please help?Thank you
The site I need help with is robotmonkey.net/. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress software and it is hosted by UK2. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
