  Hey all why when i click onto settings or pages in the sidebar …a page pops up that says ‘you don’t have any wordpress sites yet.’…
  has this anything to do with working out some stuff with commission factory this morning?

  It means what is says: you are logged in to wordpress.com as pretoriusinteriors and that account account doesn’t have a website running on the wordpress;com platform.
  What is the URL of the site you are trying to reach out to?
