Can't access my website or reset password

Wordpress is not allowing me into my account saying my email is incorrect. This just happened yesterday evening around 4. I have asked and asked for a reset, which it says it is sending to my account, but nothing is showing up.
When I am here, and check under “My Site” in the upper left hand corner…..it says I don’t have one, ME??? omg…..I don’t have a site????? …..I am about 3 breaths away from being in a total panic. Especially after reading several other posts from individuals who are saying that can’t reset their passwords either and one other individual who has lost their site as well.
Can anyone help me ?
and yes, my site is hosted. I use Siteground. I have been working on my website for the past year :O

When your site is hosted at Siteground, it means you are using the open source wordpress.org. Their support can be found at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
