Can’t access my website to edit it

    Hi I went to try to edit my website and it is not found. I don’t know what is happening. The user name I had for it was RachHalv and the password was (redacted) my website is http://www.nextleveldancing.com please help!!

    Oh crap I accidentally thought this was going to a customer service email for WordPress!! Wtf. How do I delete this? #modlook

    Hi there,

    Please never share passwords with support, even in private. You should be the only person that knows the password for your site/account, without exception. We’ve redacted the password you posted above, but please update the password immediately as well.

    The site at http://www.nextleveldancing.com/ is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, nor is it connected to your WordPress.com site via the Jetpack plugin, so you won’t be able to edit that site via your WordPress.com account.

    To edit that site you’ll need to log into WP-Admin directly using the admin username and password that were created when you installed the WordPress software with your hosting provider.

    For more help with the version of WordPress you’re using on that site, please ask in the self-hosted forums instead:

    For help accessing the site if you’re not able to log in it would be best to contact your hosting provider directly.
