can’t access my wordpress.com blog with new password I had to create

    I don’t have ownership information requested in the account recovery for that blog and the new password I created to log in isn’t working.

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Unknown

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    The only sites I see on your @ribasj7 WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

    – onemissourifamily.wordpress.com

    I see you are able to log in to your WordPress.com account, so you should be able to access the site you see here: https://wordpress.com/sites

    Is the issue with a different site that you do not see listed there?

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

    Thank you so much. I really appreciate your help. Yes, the issue is with a different site, which I can now no longer log into. I had to reset my password, which was noted as being successful, but when I tried to log in with it, I was denied access because it was the “wrong” password. I tried this procedure several times with the same positive system response and then being denied access on attempting to log in. Very frustrating.
    The site you mentioned that you can see is one I just created and can log into, and it also allows me to access the support site. I was hoping to upgrade my original blog but of course I had to reset my password first and now the system doesn’t recognize it and denies me access. The url of the blog I can no longer access is: bentoncountyfristoes.wordpress.com.
    Oddly, when I created this new site, the avatar for my now-inaccessible blog shows up on it. Also, my first choice for user name was the same one I use on the inaccessible blog but the system wouldn’t let me use it for my new site. So, it tells me my now-inaccessible blog is clearly in the system. I appreciate your assistance.
