Cant access paid-for premium website!

    I cant access my account. The system says I do not have a site, yet I accessed that notification through a link in my emailed receipt of purchase. I type in the email that I used to set my site up and the system says that email doesn’t exist in their system? Sometimes I can log in, other times I run into this issue. WordPress is starting to annoy me and slow down my progress.

    Hi there, I do not see any sites associated with the username you are signed in here with, and there are no upgrades on this account either.

    Could you be talking about a different username?

    What is the blog site that you set up or are trying to log in to?
