Can’t Access recovery Link

  I was updating the plugins and my account is now in recovery mode. It sent a link to the old email address that we don’t have access to. I updated the email for my wordpress account but now I need wordpress to resend the recovery link. When I log into my admin site it gives the same error message to check the email account for the recovery instructions but I need it to come to the new email address. There’s no option to resend the link.
