Can’t access recovery mode
-
I have a technical problem with my site, apparently one of my plugins is causing som kind of error which makes the site and admin panel unaccessible. The link I got to get to the recovery mode doesn’t work – it’s only supposed to work for 1 day, but it doesn’t. Instead I get a message saying ‘Recovery Mode not initialized.’
I’m pretty clueless on what to do next, so I could really use some help with this. Thank you!

Hi there,
We can’t help directly because we don’t host johannalidbrandt.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.
Instead your host (One.com Hosting) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (sometimes called “WordPress.org”) which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com.
The good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
The folks in that forum are more familiar with these kinds of issues and are in the best position to help. Thanks!
