Can’t access second site on multisite wordpress

  I have done everything asked to configure wordpress for a multisite. I created the second site but cannot access the dashboard. Can anybody help?

  It’s not possible to use a multi site setup on our managed hosting from WordPress.com. Please go to https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ to get help with that.
