Can’t access site data

    I can’t access my site data after I stopped using hosting from Bluehost. Is there a way my data is here and I can start hosting again? Please help!

    Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Unknown

    Hi there!

    As your site was using the WordPress.org software, you’ll need to contact Bluehost as your site’s files were on their servers. We can primarily provide support for WordPress.com sites which are hosted here. There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

    Bluehost may still have the data that you can download/export so please reach out to their support for help.
