Cant access the admin.. even though the password is correct it won’t let me login

    Please help! Trying to access the admin of our website but it won’t let us log in despite having the right password.. I’ve logged in but then it says there’s no sites.. but then when I try to login at https://www.crowtrapstudio.com/wp-login.php then the username and password is not working. Please help! This site is for my parents and my dads name is incorrect I need to update it asap please.
