Can’t access the wp-admin/login screen

I changed the permalink to my website and now I am unable to see the website or even access wp-admin to change the permalink back to the original link. I have used Blue Host but the page as now disappeared from Blue Host too
I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

The site isn’t hosted here with us, but can you ask your host for help with one of these options for fixing the site address? Several of them do not require access to wp-admin:
