Can’t access web or wp-admin. 503 error on the second

  I have an 503 error on wp-admin on this site. The main site doesn’t open at all. Stuck on a loading loop. Any fix for this?

  both sites are now 503. those happend after an update i did before.

  You must contact your hosting support as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform.

  I just noticed that your domain appears to be pointing to InterServer’s servers. It does not appear to be hosted on WordPress.com

  Just to confirm, because your site isn’t hosted on WordPress.com, you’ll need to contact your hosting company, which appears to be trouble-free.net.
