Can’t access website

    Hello! My website wasn’t working for the last two weeks. I was using the credentials to try to manage my posts and it was showing that my user do not exists. Now, I can’t even access my website as a visitor, it appears a red security message.
    I would like to talk with someone about this issue. I use a paid account would appreciate a client support.

    Hi there,

    What is your site URL? it doesn’t seem you are referring to counsellingocha.wordpress.com and there is no history of any payments under your WordPress.com account. Is your site hosted on WordPress.com or is it a self-hosted WordPress.org site?
