Can’t access website and can’t live chat with WordPress for support

  Hi! I am in need of immediate assistance with accessing my website to fix this problem. When I try accessing my website I get this message ‘Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘->’ (T_OBJECT_OPERATOR)’. Even with WordPress recovery email link I still can’t access the site. Please help!

  I think I need the hosting server login info before I can do anything. I’m waiting on that info from the developer.

  If your developer knows his job, he can solve this problem.
