Can’t access website and wordpress says I don’t have one

    I’m trying to access I haven’t used for a few years but am having trouble. When I go to the site, I get:

    ‘This page isn’t working fakeurl.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500’

    And when I log into my wordpress account, it’s saying I don’t have a site even though I have a receipt from a few weeks back. I’ve checked my email and account, and both are correct. Can someone help me recover it and get access to my site again? I don’t want to ask this in the forums but it’s not giving me access to a private chat despite going through several paths including the support website.

    Hi there,

    The site you mentioned is not hosted here by WordPress.com. It’s hosted by Bluehost which is a different hosting provider. Therefore you need to contact them and get help with your issue.
