Can’t access website dashboard

My wordpress website http://www.christchurchcarnival.co.uk has lost all of it’s content and neither of the admins are able to log on to see what’s happened. When i try to reset my password it says that i don’t have an account. How can i fix this?

That site looks to be hosted by stackdns.com not WordPress.com. Help with using the open source WordPress.org software comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
It’s different from the managed hosting environment that we offer here at WordPress.com.
