Can't Access Website, Even with Admin Code

For the past few days, I haven’t been able to open my website. It was working fine, and now I can’t open it from anywhere, not even using my admin code. I noticed on my WordPress homepage that I’m getting an error seen in this picture https://ibb.co/ssDdVfR . It doesn’t tell me what the error is, I can’t open the website to try to find the error, and I couldn’t find any support on how to fix this. Help please?

Hello there,
This error generally means that WordPress.com or Jetpack can’t access the installation.
littleartsyaloe.com isn’t hosted with WordPress.com, but instead Bluehost.
Because the site doesn’t load with a DNS error, I advise reaching out to the domain registrar to make sure that’s functioning as it should be.
