Can’t access website or account

  This site was created by a someone that no longer works at our institution. We can not log into the account as we do not have access to the proof of ownership information as that person’s email has been deactivated. The website now gives a notification: “cannot be reached” and it is important that we regain access to the account/site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi @jennscroggs,

  I took a look at trust-gout.mgh.harvard.edu and discovered the site isn’t hosted with WordPress.com. The subdomain branch of mgh.harvard.edu, leads us to believe Mass General Brigham may be responsible for your site’s hosting.
  
  Information about their website and server hosting can be seen at https://rc.partners.org/it-services/website-server-hosting. They also list an email address on that page, (email visible only to moderators and staff). I recommend reaching out to them about the site/account recovery.
