Cant Access Website or cpanel

I’m getting a timed out error when i try to access my website or cpanel or admin page. I was working on the site when it happened suddenly.
on chrome the error message says ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
