Can't access WordPress Dashboard, log-in, log-out, etc

  Hello,

  I can’t access my WordPress Dashboard. The log-in/log-out options are not visible in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. I can see all Menu items positioned vertically along the left-hand side, but when I click any of them, I just get a blank white screen where those options would normally be displayed.

  I can log-out by following this address: http://esqproductions.com/wp-login.php?action=logout&_wpnonce=1234567890

  I can log back in by going to http://esqproductions.com/wp-admin and entering my credentials.

  Any idea of what’s going on here?
