Can’t access WordPress site

    Hi there,

    Whenever I try to access WordPress to log in with the link, it either times me out, or says that my log in details are incorrect. We have taken over from another marketing company and were given the log in details over a week ago and have not had an issue until today.

    I also cannot get access to CPanel and get the error message that my log in details are incorrect or this times me out too.

    Is there anything you can do to resolve this as a matter of urgency?
