Can't access /wp-admin for my website

    I’ve had a website on WordPress for several years, and activated the blog last year. My computer that had the admin access info died, and now when I go to login I get a screen that says I can’t access the dashboard and need to request permission from the site administrator. Do I have a separate username and password for the blog? I think that’s how I’m accessing this forum. I requested a new password, but I never received it at the email linked to the account. What can I do?

    The account you’re logged in and are contacting us from (murl16) is the one that owns bheardu.net and is also the administrator of it.

    Can you also please let me know the email address you’re using in the password reset tool? Only me and other staff members will be able to see it.
